Shipping Policy

All of our products are packaged so that they are in compliance with dimensional and/or weight criteria established by United Parcel Service (UPS). We will ship via UPS unless otherwise requested by the customer. Some of our products are built to order; lead time estimates are provided based on the most current information available and subject to change without notice. Please contact us before placing your order if you need delivery by a certain date. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and insurance (as applicable).
